A robust strategy which proved successful in generating a steady revenue stream whilst mitigating holding costs.By the end of 2015, Ventia had over 20 desirable office locations. It was then acquired by us, The Boutique Workplace Company. The synergies between our two businesses are undeniable and we have worked closely together throughout 2016 to create one aligned company.
