The Factory London was originally built in 1964 by the founder's grandfather who used it as his actual production factory to manufacture clothing for High Street stores. Since retiring in the 1980s, the building has been let by several local businesses and in 2022 an opportunity arose to convert the top 2 floors of the building into flexible, dynamic coworking space.
