Situated on the ground & mezzanine floor of the iconic Gallery Building, it is a mixture of private office suites, flexible hot desks, meeting rooms, private phone booths and outside terrace seating space.

We are located in the ground floor retail unit of the Gallery Building, directly opposite Tesco Express. Botanic is a mere 5 minutes walk from us and has some of Belfast’s best coffee shops and eateries. City Hall, Donegall Place and Royal Avenue are 5 minutes walk in the other direction so we are centrally located to everything Belfast city centre has to offer The space includes private office suites, flexible/hot desks, meeting rooms, private phone booths.
