Our studio offices range from 6 to 100 desks. Choose a space featuring internal glass rooms to foster an atmosphere of openness and collaboration. For larger companies we have two self-contained floors, each spanning between 5,000 and 7,000 square feet and complete with winter garden and terrace – an oasis of tranquillity that inspires creativity and rejuvenation.Facilities; meeting rooms, phone booths, bike storage, showers, dog friendly, 24/7 access, ergonomic desks, and ergonomic chairs.

Our phone booths offer the peace and privacy needed for important calls, while our well-equipped kitchen is a hub for organic networking over your morning coffee. For those who prioritise an active lifestyle there are a variety of fitness facilities just a stones throw away - Pilates Studio, Barry’s Bootcamp, 1Rebel, Porchester Centre to name a few - and freshen up afterwards using our on-site showers.
