Our office rents here include WIFI, communal cleaning, business rates, building insurance, utilities. Epsom Workhub is a newly refurbished area, with fob entry, a communal kitchen and a communal meeting room. Occupiers also benefit from a day time centre manager, night time security manager, shower facilities and Esquires Coffee shop on site.

The ground floor plaza is surrounded by restaurants and regularly hosts market events for all of our occupiers to be a part of.
